MEET THE STAFF

Coach Noa is the owner of NMG. She has been coaching for 7 years and tumbled herself for 14 years. She has a bachelor's degree in elementary education with a minor in special education (strategist II). She is a special education teacher at West Elementary in Independence. Noa enjoys spending time with her husband, Justis and her puppy, Johnny!

Coach Ella has tumbled for 15 years, placing nationally each year. She is a hairstylist at Boho in Independence, so make sure to check her work out! She has been coaching with us since the start and loves what she does.

Coach Hanna has been in the sport for 13 years! She also works as direct support at Full Circle. She loves sharing her knowledge and love of the sport with the kiddos!

Coach Justis has experience in coaching gymnastics and participating in wrestling during his entire childhood. He recently graduated from Kirkwood with a degree in exercise science. He is a veteran as well.  He enjoys working out at a local gym and competing in Cross Fit competitions. He is also a substitute teacher for the local community schools. He loves watching a good football game and spending time with his little family.

Reagen has many different roles; mom to us four girls, grandma and our go to babysitter, tumbling coach, business assistant, photographer, and anything we need her to be! She has experience in it all. She has sat through thousands of tumbling classes and competitions as she watched her daughters compete. She also was a certified USTA tumbling judge and judged at competitions! You never know when you might see Reagen- she does it all!

Coach Kaydanse has been coaching for NMG for several years. She works at Bertch Manufacturing along with working our front desk and coaching. She was able to coach and watch her younger cousin compete and earn 2nd in the nation at nationals. She has years of experience working with children and truly loves kids.  She enjoys being with her family and cousins! 

Coach Lauren has been coaching for NMG for several years! You might see her working at the golf course or playing in bowling league too! She does amazing with our littles and truly loves each and every student she gets to work with.

Coach Karsyn tumbled with Noa and was one of Noa's first students when she bgan NMG. Karsyn has experience in tumbling, all around gymnastics, coaching, dance, all start cheer, high school cheerleading, and working at a daycare center. She is a freshman at UNI. She has a passion for the sport and helping all kids reach their goals!

Miss Summer is our front desk assistant and helps Noa with all of the behind the scenes work. She is there to answer your questions, pick out the perfect leotard, or chat with in the lobby! Summer is a freshman at Hawkeye Community College and also works at a local daycare!

Coach Ava is a sophomore at Independence High School. She is a football cheerleader too!  Ava is also an NMG athlete. She is in our upper level classes. She loves being able to tumble and share her skills with her students!

Coach Taylor is a junior at Independence High School. She enjoys playing volleyball! Taylor has experience in tumbling as a young child and enjoys helping our students grow!
